She is survived by: her husband John Pavlisak; her daughter Tonia Harrison (Churck); and her siblings, Patricia Young, Linda Lewis, Dorothy Goodrode, Norman Merrill (Jean) and Ronald Merrill (Kathy). She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
