It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Lewis of Hallstead, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Decker and Grace Decker; her daughter Leslie Donovan; her brothers, Steve and Larry Decker; her brother-in-law Bill Brainard; and her nephews, Curt Decker, Scott Decker and Adam Whitney.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her sons, Mathew Lewis (Donna), James Lewis and Chad Lewis (Choumally); her grandchildren, Cole Donovan (Sydney), Kyle Donovan (Gabby) and Everlyn Lewis; her son-in-law Tim Donovan; her siblings, Bill Decker (Sharon), Bob Decker (Gail), Bonnie Brainard and Emily Whitney (Bill); and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Decker and Nancy Decker.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date when COVID restrictions have been lifted.
