He is survived by: his mother Patricia Foltz (Alvord); his wife Linda S Foltz (Lamb); his daughter Elizabeth Torres (Brian); his siblings, Anthony Foltz, Gail Foltz, Linda Shadle and Doris Morgan; and his grandchildren, Cierra Foltz, Micayla Torres and Geoffrey Torres.
