It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cioffi in Halifax, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Cioffi and Mabel Cioffi (Myers). He is survived by: his spouse Doris'Dee' Cioffi (Green); his daughter Michelle M. Cioffi of New Castle; and his siblings, Thomas Cioffi of New Castle, Robert Cioffi (Freda Shaftic) of New Castle and Tricia Droeder (Fred) of New Castle.
