Pauline Tobias Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Tobias of Halifax, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hackenberger and Verna Hackenberger; her husband James Raymond "Toby" Tobias; her daughter Dee Hoffman; her son-in-law Roy Ogden; her grandson Marc Miller; and her siblings, Robert, John, Ernest, Joseph, Carl Hackenberger, Mildred Brown, Hazel, Helen Yocum and Lena Heinbaugh.
She is survived by: her sister Venie Graybill of Thompsontown; her children, Jo Etta Miller (David), Jay (Cindy), Roz Ogden, Jan Tobias-Kieffer (Glenn), Ern (Jenny) and Pam Jury (Michael); and her grandchildren, Matt Miller (Beth), Sheri Hatella (Nathan) of Harrisburg, Lori Miller, Toby Hoffman (Shanna), Megan Popp (Aaron), Seth Kieffer of Landisburg, Brandi Tobias (Ryan Kinnear), Mika Miller (Noelle), Evan Ogden (Maria) of Miami, FL, Lane Schweppe (Anthony) of Harrisburg, Kyle Jury (Katie), Jenna Wiberly (Cris) of Cottonwood, AZ, Ali Jury, Kelsey Tobias (Matt Aldinger), Trevor Tobias and Tess Kieffer. She is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
