He was predeceased by: his parents, George D., Jr. and Paula Charlene Meadows (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Dove-Meadows; his daughters, Whitney Meadows and Morgan Meadows (Jesse Cole); his siblings, Dave Meadows (Terri) and Carla Collett; and his grandchildren, Milez Giambra, Ryder Whiteagle, Gunner Whiteagle, Jemma Blanton and Alexa Baker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
