He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Clugston and Meda Clugston (Bruckhart). He is survived by: his wife Julia Clugston (Moyer); his sons, Edward (Brenda) and Eric (Melanie Snyder); his granddaughters, Amanda and Laura Clugston; and his brothers, Ken and Ray Clugston.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to Halifax UM Church, (Youth Center or Food Room) 105 Wind Hill Dr., Halifax, PA 17032.
