She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Stahl and Elizabeth Snyder; and her husband Harry E. Welcomer. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Welcomer (Sarah), Scott Welcomer, Randy Welcomer (Shawn) and Joni Welcomer. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a wealth of friends and family.
