He was predeceased by: his close friend Ryan Samsel; and his grandfather Dean O. Strohecker. He is survived by: his parents, David L. Strohecker and Donna L. Strohecker; his siblings, Mitchell L. Strohecker of Halifax and Christina L. Fidler (Steve); his nephews, Joshua Fidler and Elijah Fidler of Leola; his niece Ava Fidler; and his grandparents, Margaret Strohecker of Lykens, Donald and Gladys Leitzel of Wiconisco. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many many dear friends.

A celebration of Michael's life will be planned and announced at a later date once we are able to congregate in the midst of this pandemic.
