June M. Gelnett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2022, at the age of 94, June M. Gelnett of Halifax, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin "Pam" Parmer and Eleanor Parmer (Leiser); her sister Dorothy E. Bair (Sam); her daughter-in-law Judy Griffith Gelnett; and her husband Chester L. "Chet" Gelnett.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory T. Gelnett of York and Gail M. Gelnett Newman of Halifax; her grandchildren, Brett T. Baker of New Jersey, Travis W. Baker of Arizona and Amanda E. Stough (David) of New Park, PA; her great grandchildren, Jacob T. Baker, Joshua B. Baker, Isaac D. Stough and Benjamin M. Stough; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Jessica Cavanaugh.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to June's favorite charities, Halifax Historical Society, Valley's E.C. Church, and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, or your favorite veteran's organization.
