With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne L. Fuhrman of Halifax, Pennsylvania, born in Dimock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Winans and Violet Winans (LaRue); and her sister Karen Werdann. She is survived by: her husband Steven R. Fuhrman; her sons, Richard Whitteker (Deborah) of Tower City, Allen Whitteker (Kendra) of Carlisle, Joseph Whitteker (Susan) of Rome, NY and Andrew Whitteker of Halifax; her stepdaughter Shannon Failor (Jeff Calaman); her sister Shelia Halterman of Halifax; her grandchildren, Brittany Schweigler (Michael), Wesley Whitteker, Garret Whitteker (Sarah), Gavin Whitteker, Joseph Whitteker (Korynn), Kelly Whitteker, Matthew Whitteker and Megan Whitteker; and her friend Clyde LaRue.
