He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bender and Barbara Bender (Dobbs) of Newport. He is survived by: his wife Joni M Bender (Spotts); his daughter Jessica Zerby (Bill); his siblings, Gary Bender (Deb) of Liverpool and Carol Myers (Mike) of Newport; and his grandchild Colten. He is also survived by nephew, and several nieces.
