He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Hoffman (Black); his sons, Scott A. Hoffman and Steve C. Hoffman (Carmen); his grandson Caylan A. Hoffman; his brother-in-law Robert Black; and his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey L. Black, Blaine, Robert Krotser Jr. Millersburg, Debra Carroll, Linda Leonard, Sally Bowersox, Sheila Zeiders, Enola, Robin Pyle, Belinda Douglas and Jessica Hoffman.
