He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Millard, Sr. and Mae Millard, Sr. (Shaffer); and his son Troy Millard. He is survived by: his wife Kaye J. Millard (Welker); his children, Tracey Millard of Millersburg and Scott Millard of Halifax; his grandchildren, Crystal Evans, Rachel Quigley, Jessica Millard, Brooke Cullison, Taylor Millard and Matthew Backe; and his great grandchildren, Alaina Evans, Rosalynn Kolva, Elsikay and Paxton Quigley.
The family requests that memorial donations may be made to the Shepherd's Unit of the Zembo Shriners, 2801 N 3rd St #2, Harrisburg, PA 17110, to assist in transporting children to the Shriners Hospital in Philadelphia.
