Bell (Shirley) of Mifflintown, Joel D. Bell of Mifflintown and Deirdre A. Bell of Mifflintown; his brother-in-law Christopher L. Flanagan Sr. of Thompsontown; his grandchildren, Macy, Aaron and Landon; and his sister Rachelle L. Flanagan. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
