She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrle Eugene Wilhelm and Anna Mae Wilhelm (Musser); and her siblings, Ruth Sheesley, Roger, Dennis and Kim Wilhelm.
She is survived by: her husband John Hoffman; her children, Christopher Hoffman, Kathi Fickel, Lisa Caraballo, Christine Hoffman, Vicki Hege and John Hoffman, Jr.; and her brother James Wilhelm. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
