He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Funk Sr. and Leora LaRue Funk (Patton); and his brother Chad Funk. He is survived by: his wife Alice Funk (Seagrist); his children, Clint Funk (Tiffiany) of Halifax, Celene Steckel (Andrew) of Westminster, Caden, Cylah Funk and Tate Steckel; his sister Christine Howe (Jeff) of Halifax; and his godsons, Jonathan and Adam Mattis. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins, longtime neighbors and friends.
