We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Carl Richard Foster of Halifax, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Foster and Thelma Foster (Moore); and his sister Anita Foster. He is survived by: his wife Martha Foster (Fuhrman); his daughters, Angela Peck (John), Connie Enders (Jeff) and Melissa Carroll (Ben); his siblings, Shaaron Foster, Sharmaine Harmon (Harold), Sondra Foster, Kathleen Foster and Craig Foster; and his grandchildren, Tyler Enders (Sarah), Ja-Neil Peck, Jacob Peck, Tatum Enders (Kevin Hartzel), Travis Enders and Nicholas Carroll.
