He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Rash; his sons, Terry Matthew Chizmar, Hadley and Robert Joseph Chizmar (Shawna); his siblings, Shirley, Hazel Marie (James), John Andrew Chizmar and David; and his grandchildren, Nicole Chizmar, Seth Robert Chizmar, Matthew Adam Chizmar and Salem Preston Chizmar.
