She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sandy Adams of Sandy Lake, PA; her nieces and nephews, Connie Small of Hadley, PA, Susan LaBruzzo of Hadley, PA, James Adams (Mindy) of Sandy, John Adams of Sandy Lake, PA, Michael O'Brien of Hadley, PA and Donald O'Brien; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Brianna, Stephanie, Garrett, Wyatt, Danielle, Jeremiah and Christopher; and her close friends, Ronald and Dena Schwartz of Haborcreek, PA.
