She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Holmes and Orpha Holmes (Brest) of Stoneboro, PA.; her brother Joseph Holmes; and her former husband Milton E. Powell, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Mills (Holmes), John "Jack" Holmes and Samuel Holmes; her children, Kathy Powell (Gil Hollister) of Jamestown, PA and Bruce Powell (Diane) of Lancaster, PA; her stepchildren, David Roberts (Cathy) of Fallon, NV, Vickie Kunz of Silver Springs, NV and Deborah Jacobs (Bob) of Calimesa, CA; her grandchildren, Kyley Powell of Marietta, PA, Megan Powell of Marietta, PA, Samantha Roberts of Fallon, NV, Valerie Simmermaker of Moreno Valley, CA, Nicholas Favier of Fallon, NV, Dennis Kunz of Elko, NV, Amee Castillo (Derwin) of Chino, CA and Jesse Flores of Riverside, CA; and her husband Kenneth B. Roberts. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews, great-grandchildren, cousins, "Extended Family".
Due to Covid - 19 concerns, the family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
