He is survived by: his sons, Edward L. Tobin, Jr., Hadley and Terry Lee Tobin; his sister Patricia Small; and his grandchildren, Toby Michael Alexander, Mickayla R. Tobin, Madison A. Tobin, Thomas N. Tobin and Dustin L. Tobin.
