He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Osborne and Arlene Osborne; his wife Beverly Elaine Jett; and his daughter Kimberly Sue Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Thomas D. Osborne (Carrie Mitchell) of Hadley, Kenneth A. Osborne (Elizabeth) of Hadley and Barbara E. Osborne of Fredonia; his grandsons, Tyler Osborne (Whitney), Shane Osborne, Justin Osborne and Levi Osborne; and his great grandchildren, Charlee, Jacob and Weston Osborne (Ardella Chess).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be given to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 1645 West 8th St, Erie, PA 16505.
