He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. and Marguerite Eastlack, Sr.; and his siblings, Marguerite Mc Collom and Joseph Eastlack, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Martha E. Eastlack (Scott Zgraggen) of Elkins Park, PA; and his grandsons, Nicholas Zgraggen and Derek Zgraggen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice, and would be deeply appreciated by his family.
