He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Dietrich and Nancy Dietrich (Robertson); and his brother Roy Dietrich. He is survived by: his wife Joann A. Dietrich (Zajdel); his children, Noah Dietrich (Christi) of Germany, Ngaio Halsey (Darrin Burgess) of Paris and Miriam Halsey of Tacoma, WA; his grandson William Burgess; his sisters, Sandra Cook (William) of Lincoln, CA and Kathy Loest (John) of Ventura, CA; and his sister-in-law Jeanne A. "Ginger" Baker (Charles Hoffman) of North Wales.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, funeral services will be private.
