He was predeceased by: his father John Francis Devlin Sr.; and his sisters, Marie Fitzgerald (Albert) and Patricia Monihan (Cornelius). He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Devlin; his daughters, Sheila George (Steven) and Deirdre Kelly (Anthony); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Kirstin, Alec George and Colin Kelly; and his former wife Regina Devlin (Reggie).
