It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Schaeffer of Guys Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 16, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Schaeffer and Dorothea Schaeffer; his half-siblings, Janet, Eva, Eleanor, Thelma and Ken; and also Adam.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pratt; his half-sister Janice; his friends, Stan Smith, Doug, Robin Hadlock, Cindy Bradley and Howard Foltz; his stepdaughter Elizabeth; his sons, Logan, Elton, John, Nolan and Brian; and his grandchildren, Brendan, Brooke, Brittany, Dale, Isabella, Airyanna, Julia, Cale, Jahnelle, Aryana, Trent and Izaya.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Meadville (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335).
