He is survived by: his wife Daphne Shilling; his sons, Jeffrey Mailliard (Michelle) of Titusville, PA and James Mailliard of Guys Mills, PA; his grandchildren, Luke Mailliard and Aleah Rambo; his sister ValJean Osborn (Ed) of Hadley, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Janet of Meadville, PA, Cindy of Meadville, PA and Earl Karns of Cochranton, PA.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
