He is survived by: his mother Donna Lee Elmen (Crist) of Meadville, PA; his children, Shawn Elmen of Guys Mills, PA, Jamie Dougherty (Timothy) of Townville, PA, Brandon Elmen of Guys Mills, PA and Dustin Elmen of Meadville, PA; his granddaughters, Ava Kiser, Emma Dougherty and Isabella Faivre; his sisters, Cheryl Morse (David), Kathy Elmen (Paul Brown) of Saegertown, PA and Michelle Black of Meadville, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Thompson, Jesse, Mark, Stephanie and Cole Morse.
