She is survived by: her mother Sharon M. Young Blystone of Cambridge Springs; her sons, Nathan R. Blystone of Guys Mills and Zack D. Blystone of Guys Mills; her grandchildren, John, Jerry and Zaeli; and her brothers, Brian Blystone (Reneé) of Meadville, Kevin Blystone (Michelle) of South Carolina and Jeff Blystone (Thea) of Meadville.
