She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mook and Elmo Mook (Carrol); and her husband George E. "Smitty" Smith. She is survived by: her children, Debby Bosak (Ed) of Naples, FL, Jeff Smith (Jennifer) of Kansas, Sherri Holland (Bill) of Centerville, Kim Brunot (Mark) of Meadville and George D. Smith of Guys Mills; her grandchildren, Michele, Michael, Jessica, Jackie, Marissa, Heather, Justin and Nicole; and her siblings, Charlotte Hall of Saegertown, Bernie Mook (Bonnie) of Ohio and Art Mook (Gracie) of Mosiertown. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
