He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald R. Mailliard and Charlotte E. Bowles Mailliard; and his brothers, Andrew Mailliard and Donald Bowles. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. Anderson; his son Robert A. Foulk of Cochranton; his grandchildren, Kimberly Mae Foulk of Carlton, Rebecca C. Peterson of Franklin and Blake Robert Foulk of Cochranton; his great grandchildren, Haylei, Kayden, Declan, Lillian and Quinn; and his nieces and nephews, Charlene (Tom), Adam, Melissa, William, Tyler, John, Shauna, Jacob, Jayden, Evelyn, Michael, Donna, Laura, Kenneth, Brian (Katherine), Sherry, Jamie and Emily.
