He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tomer and Helen Tomer (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Betty Parkin; his son Doug Tomer (Heather); his granddaughter Hannah; his son Scott Tomer (Amanda); his granddaughter Lillian; and his siblings, Mary Lee Brooks, Judy Smock (Ken) and John Tomer (Vickie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid, funeral services will be held at a later date which will be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paul's memory to New Richmond United Methodist Church, 29776 Route 77, Guys Mills, PA 16327.
