He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard P. Cook and Margaret Gray Cook; his wife Betty Geer; his son Ronnie Cook; his siblings, James A. Cook and Shirley McCurdy; and his half-brother Wayne Cook.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cook of Guys Mills, Jeannie Saulsgiver (Robert) of Edinboro and Norman Cook, Jr. of Guys Mills; his grandchildren, Samatha and Noah Saulsgiver of Edinboro; his sister Norma Gamble of Garnett, KS; his aunt Elizabeth King of Albion; and his cousin Karen Motter (Ronald) of Townville.
