He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Fern Hineman Cutshall; and his siblings, Charles Cutshall and Ella Kennedy. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth E. Irwin; and his daughters, Christina Johnson of Meadville and Dora Holliday. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
