She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Williams and Anita Williams (Hollabaugh); her husband Dick (Dick); and her siblings, Francis Williams, Suzanne Morian and Sherry Lutterbeck.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Oakes (Cheri), Todd Oakes (Patty), Gregory Oakes (Elizabeth), Tracy McMillan (Doug) and Cheryl Ervin (Patrick). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
