He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Mercier Semler; his children, Susan Dorohovich (Michael), Mary Jane Shoop (Darwin), Twp of Washington, Judith Sadecky of New Kensington, David Semler (Michelle) of New Kensington, Linda Imm (David Bish) of New Kensington and Gayle Blandford (James) of Vero Beach, FL; his stepchildren, Darin (Christine) of Guys Mills, J. C. of Guys Mills and James Sutton of Guys Mills; his brother Albert Semler; his close friend Gene Simonetti (Marlene); and his siblings, Joseph, Edward, Michael Semler, Ruth McMasters, Grace Habay and Betty Jean Thiele. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, a step granddaughter, and five great-grandchildren.
