He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Greathouse; his daughter Julie Smith (John R.) of Saegertown, PA; his grandson Jarrett Walters; his great grandchild Carson Walters; and his siblings, Bonnie Lenhart of Guys Mills, PA and Ronald Smith (Karla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
