He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Chismar, Sr. and Neva A. Chismar; and his wife Donna M. Watson-Chismar (Wiggins). He is survived by: his children, Frank Chismar, II (Christina), John Chismar, Gregory Chismar (Tammy Deemer), Doug Chismar (Michelle) and Michele Widdowson (Rodney); and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Brook, Olivia, Aaron, Joel, Gregory, Jason, Anthony, Thomas, Becky and Abby. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory may be given to Blooming Valley United Methodist Church, 24740 State St., Meadville, PA 16066.
