She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Mansberger and Hannah Mansberger (Cordle). She is survived by: her husband Jack Edward Bingham; her sister Shelby Hart of Palm Dale, CA; her sister-in-law Donna Phillips; and her siblings, Donald Mansberger and Shirley J. Fink. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
