He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Footskulak and S. Naomi Kaster Footskulak Wells; and his wife Harriet Reed. He is survived by: his brother Ferd Footskulak (Gie) of Meadville; his niece Courtney Zunic (Josh) of Wexford; and his stepchildren, Jeanie Roach (Harold) and Scott Myers (Krysten).
