He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna Darleen Reagle Parker; and his siblings, Daniel, Albert Parker, Harriet Vergith and Katherine Mulidoro.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Pipp (Kevin) of Meadville, Phil, Steve Parker of Guys Mills and Brenda Harman (Woody) of West Virginia; his sister Sara Bahurinsky; and his grandchildren, Heather Parker Irons (Clint), Shannan Harman Tucker (Kirk), Ashley Parker Chapin (Chad), Carl Parker, Sylvia Parker Shidemantle (Cody) and Marshall Parker.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Silver Spurs 4H Club or the Saddle Horse Department of the Crawford County Fair (Either can be sent c/o Tina Caldwell, 11167 Ralston Road, Titusville, PA 16354).
