She is survived by: her boyfriend Robert Bowersox of Guys Mills; her child Marylee Fornal (Michael Bowersox) of Guys Mills; her grandsons, Aaron Smith (Emma), Travis Smith (Vashay) and Johnathan Smith (Aleishia); her great grandchildren, Claire and Zelda; her granddaughter Sophia Fornal; her great grandchildren, Justin Peterson, Joshua Blystone and Miranda Blystone; her grandchildren, Michaela May Bowersox, Madie Sue Bowersox, Kolton Blanchard, Michal Bowersox, Isabale Bowersox, Abigal Bowersox, Shannel Bowersox and Zachary Bowersox; her siblings, Mary Lee Weidner (Peter) of Cambridge Springs, Jamie Lee of Cambridge Springs, Gary Gourley (Karen) of Cambridge Springs and Susan Thayer of Cambridge Springs; her nephews, Raymond Gourley and John Gourley; her niece Melissa DeMetro (Charlie); and also, Jamey Lee Weidner (Bess) of Wooster, OH and Wess.
