It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bethany Marie Klingensmith of Guys Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clarence Tarr and Edith Klingensmith. She is survived by: her mother Wendy Klingensmith Oakes; her children, Lillyona, Amillie and Jafari Young; her father James Oakes of Meadville; her grandmother Joyce Tarr of Guys Mills; and her siblings, Ronald Klingensmith of Guys Mills and Kayla May Oakes of Clarion. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
