With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita L Thurber of Guys Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dairel W. Rowan and Betty M. Rowan (Burns) of Meadville; her brother Eugene; her sister-in-law Marge Rowan; and her parents-in-law, Dick and Colene Moore.
She is survived by: her husband Karl Thurber (Rick) of Guys Mills; her children, Kevin Powell (Christy) of Spotsylvania, Virginia and Michelle Kircher (Mark) of Guys Mills; her brothers, Leonard Rowan of Cambridge Springs, Lester Rowan (Kris) of Pataskala and Chester Rowan (Kathy) of Pickens, SC.; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Powell (Brendan), Samantha Kircher-Farrell (Justin), Cassidy Powell, Sydney Kircher, Eva Powell, Isabella Ferreira and Abigail Ferreira; and her aunt Neenie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
