He is survived by: his sons, Alan M. Hoffman (LuEllen Kobialka) and Bruce G. Hoffman (Carol) of Jackson Center, PA; his grandson Chad Hoffman (Samantha); his great grandchild Remi Hoffman; and his close friend Dolores Whetzel.
