He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Templeton of Slippery Rock, PA; his children, Melissa Petrie (David) of Lockport, NY, Bruce (Becky) and Douglas Atwell (Lovina); and his daughter-in-law Veronica Atwell of Niles, OH. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
