Noel of Grove City, Pennsylvania, born in Bruin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll E. Cross and Lois Cross (Woodburn); her grandson Cody Noel; and her sister Margery Turner. She is survived by: her husband Charles Richard Noel; her sons, Richard C. "Rick", Jon D. (Shelly), Jeff Noel (Kris) and Christopher Noel; her grandchildren, Brooke, Dustin, Drew, Melanie and Mattie Noel; and her sister Carolyn Marsico. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
