He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his mother Alice Young; his children, John Rust, Michael Stevenson (Kerry), Christina Stevenson (Robert Hale) and Shawn Maxwell; and his siblings, Cassie Uber (Donald), Corry Speir (Jamie), Jesse Maxwell (Amanda), Evan Stevenson-Doucette, Olivia Stevenson-Doucette, Gina Lynch (Ian), Jennifer Kincaid (Paul), Melissa Schaefer (David), Mary Booher (Melvin), Tammy Blake, Jon Miller (Kim) and Nicholas Stevenson.
In addition to his father, a brother, Matthew Stevenson and Stepfather's, Richard Young and Homer Miller preceded Terry in death In lieu of flowers memorials to the family to help with expenses.
