With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terence J. O'Keefe of Grove City, Pennsylvania, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on January 11, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. O'Keefe and Eva Lucille O'Keefe (Fahlman); and his son Daniel Partrick O'Keefe. He is survived by: his wife Diane L. Coleman; his son Ryan John O'Keefe; his stepdaughter Heidi Lynn Ahlgrim; his grandchildren, Kade and Keely O'Keefe; his stepgranddaughter Addilynn Shumburger; and his sister Sheila Gee of Circleville, OH..
